Lighting, air conditioning, heating, audiovisual equipment, and blinds can all be controlled remotely. Automatic rules manage system shutdown after working hours and control lights, temperature, and screens based on room reservations.

The system prepares the reserved room before the meeting by adjusting the temperature, turning on the lights, and activating the necessary equipment. After the meeting or working hours, everything turns off automatically.

Meeting rooms and other rooms can be booked according to their capacity, location and amenities. The system automatically synchronizes availability with Outlook as well as door-mounted touch pannels. If no one shows up, the room is automatically released and marked as available.
